Technicolor TG589vn V2 - weird website redirect on wifi network

I just noticed yesterday that one of my websites I own keeps redirecting to another website - - it redirects to this weird one asking me to renew my domain.

This only happens when accessing it from my Wifi Network.

Happens on every machine (2 desktops and 1 Laptop) and my mobile connected to wifi.

On Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.

When I access my website using my 2d network on my S6 mobile, it loads fine.

When I access the website on the laptop on my home wifi network - it redirects to this weird one asking me to renew my domain.

When I change the laptop to use my mobile phone as a hotspot - my website loads properly

What has taken over my modem in order to redirect my website to one that is asking me to renew my domain that I already own.

I have run scan on my computer I use - and it removed a crossrider virus - ran the scan again and it has been removed. Doing a virus scan which is taking longer - but I doubt it will find much more than.

But if all machines are affected - it would seem that whatever it is, is on the modem, because the moment I use my mobile data, it works properly and I see my website, - so if it was a virus, it would still redirect my website to the stupid one wanting me to re-buy my owned domain.

I'm really confused, does anyone know what is happening?

I look forward to hearing from you.
